A listing that only has wide interiors is asking the buyer to imagine the life. In Aventura, Miami Beach and New York, the life is the product.
The minimum that still looks serious
- Architectural stills at the right time of day
- A cinematic walkthrough that is not a breathless handheld tour
- Detail frames: hardware, stone, water, skyline
- Neighborhood lifestyle: the marina, the dining, the walk
- Broker or developer identity so the listing has a human author
Aerials are not automatic
Drone video can explain a waterfront better than any paragraph. It also requires qualified operators, permissions, weather and judgment about when the sky is doing the property a favor.
Distribution is part of the package
A film that lives in one portal is unfinished work. Cutdowns for social, a landing page and, when appropriate, paid placement are how the right buyers actually see it.
AETV Media builds listing launches as campaigns, not as a photographer’s afternoon.
