The website is informational
Content on this site describes services AETV Media may provide directly or through coordinated partners. Publication of a service category is not a guarantee that every tactic, platform, crew or inventory will be available for every project, budget or timeline. Formal engagements are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or service agreement.
No professional advice
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical, tax or investment advice. Clients in regulated industries remain responsible for obtaining their own professional review of claims, scripts, disclaimers and placements.
Intellectual property
The AETV Media name, logos, site design, text, photographs and other materials are owned by AETV Media Corp or used under license. You may not copy, scrape, frame or commercially reuse site materials without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution for editorial comment.

Our aggregate liability arising from the site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes relating to the website shall be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where prohibited.
