A sixty-minute conversation is a warehouse. Most companies treat it like a single box they ship once.
Plan the questions as a catalog
Ask for origin, offer, objection, proof, advice and a story that can stand alone. Each answer is a clip, a caption and possibly an article section.
What one interview can become
- One long-form interview for the website or YouTube
- Three to five topic videos
- Ten to twenty short clips
- Written articles and newsletter passages
- LinkedIn posts and quote graphics
- Website FAQs and sales snippets
- Podcast audio and paid-ad variations
Editorial still required
Multiplication is not dumping a transcript into a generator. Someone has to choose the sentence that sounds like the leader, not the sentence that merely fills a box.
This is the logic behind AETV Media’s Executive Media Day and the broader “create once, publish everywhere” practice.
